Roman has been involved in banking since 2015 and came to Midwest Heritage in 2018. In his role, he oversees all lending operations and loan personnel company-wide. Roman’s favorite part of his job is helping people find the perfect home and celebrate the big moments in their lives.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outside, cooking and grilling!
