Any Hy-Vee employee who relocates as a job transfer 25 miles or more is eligible to receive the
home mortgage closing cost credit. The 25 mile distance will be measured from work site location
to work site location.
New Home Mortgage
In order to receive the home mortgage closing cost credit, an eligible employee must obtain and close on a Midwest Heritage mortgage on the employee’s new residence at the employee’s new
work site location during the time period beginning 3 months before and ending 12 months after
the date of the employee’s move to the new work site location. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Subject to credit approval. Offer may be discontinued without notice.
