Tracy Taylor

Tracy is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business and has spent the past 32 year career in agricultural finance and community banking.  He has extensive experience in agricultural, commercial, and real estate lending.  During this time, he’s had 18 years of experience farming in a corn/soybean operation near Webster City.  He’s been a relationship manager at Ag Services of America (now part of Rabo AgriFinance, Inc.), AVP at Freedom Security Bank (now CBI Bank & Trust), Relationship Manager at US Bank, and VP at First State Bank in Colfax prior to Midwest Heritage.

Tracy grew up in Webster City, IA, a small town in north-central Iowa.  He’s been married 8 years to his wife Angie and they have one grown son Patrick, who is also an Iowa State graduate.  Angie is self-employed as a Mary Kay Director and a Realtor for Coldwell Banker – Mid American Group out of Des Moines.  Patrick is an appraiser in the Fort Dodge area.

Tracy is active in community groups including the JCI Senate, Foundation for Iowa Jaycee Charities, the Chariton Area Chamber Main Street, and Chariton Rotary. 

Tracy’s hobbies include tennis, golf, biking, and watching sporting events (especially Iowa State).  He and his wife enjoy traveling and love to see new parts of the country and world.
