A: You enter your debit and/or credit card information once and provide your login information for all digital service providers and subscription services for which you’d like to use CardSwap. CardSwap does the rest as the new payment information is automatically applied in real-time.

Q: How long does it take for a card to be updated with a vendor?
A: Allow 24 hours for the payment info to be updated. In many instances it takes only a few minutes to see changes. Many vendors will notify you by email to inform you that your payment information has been updated.
